  • details of your current employment income information
  • details about your assets - their value and any income you get
  • details about your ongoing expenses and regular payments
  • information about the type of loan (our home loan consultants will help you if you are not sure)

What you need to provide for a formal approval

This depends on your individual circumstances and we will send you a letter with a list of the papers or information we need you to supply. We will need to confirm that the application information and will make sure this is done as quickly as possible.

What you need for to settle the loan

The mortgage agreement documentation will be sent to either you, or your solicitor or conveyancer once your loan has been formally approved. This will need to be read, signed and returned to our solicitor once you agree to the loan terms and conditions. Our solicitor will let you know if they require you to provide any information that they will require to settle.

Usually, you will need to provide us with a "certificate of currency" of the building insurance with the new Lender nominated as the incoming mortgagee. Or you can give us a copy of a new insurance policy - just make sure the Lender details are correct. The Lender details are in the mortgage agreement documentation.

What to do with your ID

An authorised referee will witness the copies of your identification that you provide.
