Fees and Charges

Although some other lenders may conceal their costs associated with getting a home loan, we are upfront with you and we will waive most of the loan costs and ongoing fees for you. So this will save you money.

As we have tried to free you from as many fees as possible, this is a list of the fees you will not have to pay:

  • no management fees
  • no establishment fee
  • no fee for redraws
  • no fee on settlement
  • no service fee
  • no switch fee
  • no mailing fee

There are some fees we could not pass like bank transaction and legal fees, or fees that only apply in individual circumstances.
