Here are Centra Finance Home Loan fees
and charges.

Only the Discount Basic Product has
a $350 annual fee and $50
Redraw fee charged for each withdrawal including those from ATM, DD and
Phone Banking

Electronic Debit Fee : $1.50 = applicable for normal term loan
(Line of Credit/Home equity only charge in excess of 6 transactions per
month)

Legal Costs for settlement: $330 (incl. GST)

Settlement Fee: $25.00 (per loan

Cancellation Fee: $50.00 (payable on
each occasion solicitor's certification received, but settlement is
cancelled)

Construction Fee: $10 per progress payment where more
than 5 progress draws requested.
